January through April is peak season on Longboat Key, so if you’re planning a winter stay, reach out early. Flying in? The closest airport is Sarasota Bradenton International (SRQ), about 25 to 30 minutes from Bayport by car, and Tampa International is the larger option to the north.

- 618 Bayport Way: a recently remodeled second-floor condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and room for 5. The primary bedroom has an office nook with a desk, monitor and printer, the Wi-Fi runs up to 500 Mbps, and the beach is about a four-minute walk.
- 737 Bayport Way: a renovated ground-floor condo with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, room for 6 and unobstructed Gulf views, including from the primary bedroom. It has a large Gulf-view patio, two lanais and a private garden patio off the second bedroom, which makes it a good fit for families or two couples. The beach is about a two-minute walk.
Both are at Bayport Beach and Tennis Club, with full use of the private beach, heated pool, four Har-Tru tennis courts, fishing pier and kayak launch. Each has one covered parking space plus guest parking, and both are non-smoking.
Each condo is registered with the Town of Longboat Key Residential Rental Registry, and its Rental Certificate Number is listed on its page.
